Matt is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Architecture at Digital Blue Solutions. In this role, he leads his team of developers to drive client success across multiple facets, including innovation, automation, industry best practices, software development, and software/solution architecture. Matt has hands-on experience from developer to architect to project management, using leadership to foster and inspire teams to build quality solutions consistently. A Healthcare focused leader, Matt has experience with driving programs for both providers and payers, delivering high-efficiency gains and in-year ROI.
Matt's project successes include full hands-on leadership of the Blue Prism program for large companies. These include licensing, installation, Proof of Concept, Center of Excellence setup, Solution Design, Agile Implementations, and mentoring teams to drive Blue Prism capabilities and capacity. His full Blue Prism program setup efforts have delivered millions in cost savings to his clients, including a large New-York based life insurance company. Leadership experience includes leading and mentoring a team of 30 global RPA professionals as the Center of Excellence for a large consulting firm with team members in the US, India, UK, and the Philippines.
Matt is skilled in software architecture, Agile Project Management, Digital Transformation, and Complex Integration. He is a Certified Blueprism Developer with Merit, Appian Analyst, Appian Designer, and Appian Lead Developer.
Matt lives in Northern New York with his family, where he spends a lot of his time fishing on the St. Lawrence River and Lake Ontario.
